Congratulations to Hervé Floch elected, as AFPC representant, Vice-President of the European Cluster Alliance

Hervé Floch, Chairman of AFPC’s Europe Committee, is also the Ceo of the Pôle de Compétitivité Alpha-RLH (www.alpha-rlh.com).

Antonio Novo (Spanish Cluster Association) was elected as President of ECA and Krzysztof Krystowski (Polish Cluster Association) as Vice-president.
